1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to ship all orders directly from our US Warehouse. This ensures you get your package fast and securely.
- Shipping Method: Express Ground Shipping (USPS / UPS / FedEx)
- Shipping Cost: FREE (On all orders)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 Business Days
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Areas
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Wheelkids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
- If your package is lost: Please contact us immediately if your tracking status is “delivered” but you haven’t received it.
- If your item arrived damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us at support@wheelkids.net with photos, and we will help you arrange a replacement.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you realize you made a mistake, please email us immediately at support@wheelkids.net, and we will try our best to update it before the package leaves our warehouse.
