At Wheelkids, we are committed to providing the best creative tools for your children. We want you to feel comfortable trying our LED Drawing Kit.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories (markers, stand, cable) included.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been intentionally damaged or altered.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)

We inspect every package before it leaves our US warehouse. However, if your LED board arrives damaged, or if the lights/markers are not working properly, please contact us immediately.

We will send you a brand new replacement completely FREE of charge. You do not need to pay for return shipping in this case.

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A photo or video showing the issue.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@wheelkids.net with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order #]”.
  2. Our support team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Please note: Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@wheelkids.net.
